Tracey L. Reid, J.D., LL.M. is the President of Reid Unclaimed Property Services LLC.   She has over a dozen years of experience helping companies successfully deal with their unclaimed property obligations.  Prior to founding RUPS, LLC,  Ms. Reid served clients as a Manager in the Big 4 public accounting arena for several years where she concentrated on unclaimed property.  Ms. Reid worked with a wide range of clients, from Fortune 100 corporations to sole proprietors, in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, as well as unclaimed property, assisting with business and individual tax planning, unclaimed property compliance, voluntary disclosures and audit defense. Ms. Reid is a frequent speaker across the country in the area of unclaimed property and is the author of several articles and the book, "Unclaimed Property:  A Reporting Process and Audit Survival Guide" published by John Wiley & Sons Publishing Company.  Ms. Reid is on the Board of Directors and is  the upcoming 2012 President of the Unclaimed Property Professional Organization.  She is a member of the American Bar Association serving on the Unclaimed Property Subcommittee of the Business Law Division and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.  Tracey is a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Law with an LL.M. degree in Taxation.  She also earned a J.D. degree from the Salmon P. Mr. Phillip C. Vieth has joined Reid Unclaimed Property Services LLC as Director of Compliance Services.  Mr. Vieth assists clients with their annual unclaimed property reports for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  He will also be in charge of the Unclaimed Property Tool Kit division, offering products like webinars, dormancy charts and Policy and Procedure manuals to help companies stay ahead of their unclaimed property responsibilities.  Phillip comes to RUPS from the transportation industry where he spent fourteen years.  He has worked for both the largest railroad and airline in the United States and will bring invaluable experience to the RUPS team.  Phillip is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University.
